What We Do
Cummins' CARE initiative, launched in October 2020, is dedicated to dismantling systemic discrimination against the Black community in the U.S. Through this initiative, Cummins leverages its resources —its people, financial strength, and philanthropic efforts— to drive racial equity and combat the impacts of racism on its employees, communities, and the economy.
